I was disappointed with the lack of hot water during my stay. Twice I had to take lukewarm showers, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise from the karaoke bar next door made it hard to enjoy restful sleep at night, despite the staff's kind efforts to accommodate us. Lastly, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe due to the industrial surroundings.

The air-conditioning in my room struggled a bit, especially during the hot days, and could use improvement. Noise disturbances and underpowered AC are definitely drawbacks, but the overall experience remained satisfying.
