The serene ambience and lovely decor in the lobby provided a calming atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

However, the nightly music from the nearby restaurant was rather disruptive, and though earplugs were provided, it still posed a challenge for restful sleep.

The old charm was nice, but the shower head was too low for me.

Chandara Boutique Hotel has a lovely ambiance and sweet staff who genuinely care about your comfort. The pool area is a delightful oasis, though certain local spots play music late into the night. A bit of a walk into the main city, but worth it for the serene environment.

I was disappointed with the lack of hot water during my stay. Twice I had to take lukewarm showers, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise from the karaoke bar next door made it hard to enjoy restful sleep at night, despite the staff's kind efforts to accommodate us. Lastly, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe due to the industrial surroundings.

The serene ambiance made for a great family getaway, and we enjoyed the lovely pool area that offered plenty of space to relax. The traditional decor was charming, and the staff was consistently helpful, catering to our requests with a smile throughout our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the shower could have been better designed for families.

Just wrapped up my stay here for 7 nights. The room was super clean and had this really cool view of the pool. The staff went above and beyond to help us out! Had breakfast in the room a couple of times, which was a nice touch. Just a bit of noise at night made it tricky to sleep sometimes.

The air-conditioning in my room struggled a bit, especially during the hot days, and could use improvement. Noise disturbances and underpowered AC are definitely drawbacks, but the overall experience remained satisfying.
